What is Face2Match?
Face2Match is the umbrella term for various applications based on the face-recognition technology. That face-recognition system is a computer-driven application that is able to automatically recognize a person based on an image or video. For that purpose, biometric data from the person concerned is compared with that of another person from a database. Based on the software, matches can be made between the users of the website and/or others (celebrities, people that a user is interested in, a friend, ...)
How does it work?
The user should register himself/herself, unless (s)he first wants to try our 'Find your celebrity!' or 'Who's your (evil) twin?' When registering, the user fills in his/her characteristics and also uploads a photograph. Based on that information (biometric data & personal characteristics), the Personal Manager (the 'brain' of the website) will look for a match, based on the match option.
This Personal Manager is a virtual person who helps users look for, for example, an ideal partner. Because new users are registering all the time, the artificial intelligence of the Personal Manageer is constantly improving.
